1xBet Deposit Not Reflected In Account - No Support Response
On 24.11.2025 at around 22:27, I made a deposit of ₺1,500 into my 1xBet account via bank transfer from my VakıfBank account to the Ziraat Bank account listed on the site. Although the transaction was approved by my bank and the amount was withdrawn from my VakıfBank account, the money was never reflected in my 1xBet balance. As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried to contact customer support through both phone and email, but I received no response whatsoever—no one assisted me, and no explanation was provided. When I spoke with my bank, I was informed that the payment was successfully processed and the funds had definitely left my account. This experience shows that the site is unreliable and operates in a way that harms and deceives users. I request a refund of the ₺1,500 I deposited and also ask that the necessary investigation be conducted to prevent others from facing the same issue.
