Be ready for a tough and lengthy experience if you need to make a return. I carefully adhered to all the instructions provided, returned the product, and made sure to retain the proof of delivery. Even after following all the proper steps, the customer service team continued to provide me with unclear answers and justifications. They talked about disputing the delivery with the courier, but didn’t provide any genuine solutions. I’ve been waiting for my refund for weeks now, and it’s getting frustrating. It seems like they're dodging my requests for a refund, and it's really wearing me down. I was not expecting a straightforward return to become such a complicated ordeal.
