Secret Sales Sold Me Faulty Adidas Sneakers - Offered Only 10 Percent Refund
Secret Sales let me have a somewhat letdown experience. About three weeks ago, I bought Adidas running sneakers for ₺900. I wore them perhaps five or six times and observed the sole beginning to pull away from the shoe. Though I wasn't anticipating first-rate craftsmanship, I definitely felt they would hold up more than a few wears. Thinking Secret Sales would provide a reasonable answer, I contacted them. Rather, they merely gave me a 10% refund, which felt like a slap in the face given the shoes were essentially falling apart. I answered, outlining why this was not a suitable fix, but since then I have not heard anything. The first discount I received from purchasing through Secret Sales clearly isn't worth the inadequate quality and lack of customer service. Before buying anything from them once more, I would really consider twice.
