Cettire Ignored My Return Request After Sending Me a Faulty Return Link
I’m really disappointed with Cettire’s return process. I bought a pair of trainers, but they didn’t fit, so I tried to start a return on their website. I reached out to customer service after several unsuccessful tries caused by ongoing system errors. A few days later, I got a standard reply with a return link that also failed to function. I’ve reached out to them multiple times since then, providing a detailed explanation of the issue, but I’ve received no response at all. Cettire seems completely uninterested in helping with returns, and now I'm left with a costly item that I can't utilise. Their unresponsiveness and flawed system have transformed what should be an easy return into a frustrating and lengthy process. I feel let down and wish I hadn't chosen to shop with Cettire.
