Secret Sales Lost My Order - Customer Service Gave Me No Real Help

I would not advise Secret Sales to anyone since my experience with them was nothing less than a nightmare. When I contacted customer support to fix a problem with my order, everything first appeared to be in order and they answered fast. Regretfully, things descended from there. My order never arrived even after the problem was corrected; I was left totally in the dark regarding its location. Every time I called customer service for assistance, I got the same evasive and unproductive answer. There was no urgency, no responsibility, and no obvious strategy to fix things. I feel as though I have been caught in a never-ending cycle of waiting and futtering. I expected far better service, and it irritates me to feel as though nobody is looking after things. I truly regret shopping with Secret Sales and hope others stay away from going through the same thing.
