Sebamed Sunscreen from Trendyol Was Fake and Poor Quality
I’ve been using Sebamed sunscreen for years, and I know the product’s packaging, consistency, and scent well. Recently, I ordered one through Trendyol, but the packaging looked faded, and the print quality raised my suspicions. When I opened it, the consistency was watery, more like a body lotion than sunscreen. It was clearly not authentic, so I didn’t use it on my face.
I reported the issue to Trendyol, and they quickly refunded me, which further confirmed my suspicion that they were aware the product wasn’t genuine. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Selling fake products not only wastes customers’ money but also risks their health. Trendyol, you must take stricter measures to ensure product authenticity and protect your customers.
