I Ordered Bepanthol Face Cleanser but Received a Product Without Expiry Date

On April 7, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol for Bepanthol facial cleansing gel and cream, clearly selecting Bepanthol as the seller. After the payment was processed, I received the invoice and noticed that the product was actually shipped by a company named Afilli Kozmetik, not Bepanthol. This is misleading and completely unacceptable.

What concerns me most is that unlike the previous Bepanthol face cleanser I’ve used, the one I received has no expiration date on the packaging. Additionally, the product's color appears unusually yellowish, raising suspicions about its authenticity and safety. I immediately contacted Trendyol customer service, who claimed the product was genuine. I explained that the seller was not the brand itself, and they said they would escalate the issue via email.

I am not comfortable using a cosmetic product with no expiration date from a questionable source, especially when I thought I was ordering directly from the official Bepanthol store. I demand a full investigation into the seller and verification of the product’s authenticity. This situation needs to be resolved urgently, and I expect Trendyol and Bepanthol to stand behind their brand and protect customer trust.
