Schär Flour Arrives With Burst Packaging and Safety Concerns

I placed order number 79570 through Schär’s official website on May 17, 2026. The Schär Mix Farina 1000 g flour included in my order was delivered to me on May 22, 2026. When I opened the package, I discovered that the product’s original packaging had burst open and that the flour had been placed inside a resealable transparent plastic bag before being shipped. The packaging was in such poor condition that even the information printed on it had become unreadable.
I suspect that the product was shipped in this condition and that the original packaging had already burst and been placed inside the resealable bag before the package was handed over to the shipping company. This is especially concerning because I purchased this flour for my child, who has celiac disease, and even cross-contamination poses a serious risk. Receiving a product in a condition where it is impossible to know what it may have come into contact with is completely unacceptable.
Although I reported the situation in detail to your customer service email address on May 23, 2026, and provided photographs and videos as evidence, I have received absolutely no response for approximately 20 days. As a brand selling products at such high prices and as a company that claims to provide safe products for people with celiac disease, I believe this indifferent approach falls far short of the price we paid and the level of service and product quality we expected.
I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this damaged product, which has been rendered questionable in terms of its safety and reliability.
