Turkish Language Support Fail on Samsung 65Q80C TV

I recently bought a 65Q80C TV with the idea that its Turkish language support, like the 65Q80B's, would work flawlessly. However, I've been very disappointed because Bixby, the virtual assistant, does not work despite being capable of speaking Turkish. It's infuriating to buy a TV that doesn't live up to its touted features. I chose the 65Q80C over the less expensive 65Q80B. Unfortunately, this decision did not go as planned. The Turkish language support continually throws errors,I would have chosen the 65Qn85C model instead if I had known about these concerns previously. It's worth noting that the issue isn't with the remote; the English language support works perfectly. I'm in a bind because of the inconsistency of Turkish language support. I'm requesting an immediate resolution to this difficulty. As a consumer, I expect products to deliver on their promises, and I believe it is legitimate to request that this issue be resolved.
