Samsung's Failure to Deliver a New Replacement Refrigerator

My Samsung refrigerator's freezer broke down while it was still under protection. The approved service came out, gave a report that the item was broken, and started a request for a replacement. In July, the problem was recognized, and a report was sent in. Samsung called me and told me that my model was out of stock. They suggested a similar model, which I agreed to. They promised to call me with delivery information in 7 business days. But no one called, and when I asked, I was told delivery would be at the end of August. I called them again a week ago to find out what was going on. They told me that the product was in logistics and that they would call me when it was ready. This week, I called again, and they said that the product was out of stock in transportation and would be sent in September. I don't understand why Samsung's spokespeople are saying different things. This inconsistency in service and customer anxiety are not okay. I want Samsung's top leaders to explain what's going on, fix the service problems, and protect customer rights. I want my problem to be solved quickly and legally, and I want my replacement goods to come quickly.
