Samsung Service Personnel Damaged My AC Panel and Won't Approve Replacement

On 24.07.2024, the panel of the air conditioner was broken after a new purchase was made by Samsung authorized service personnel. On the same day, they said that the authorized service that made the installation could not be managed and was sent to registered regions. Later, both the authorized service personnel and Samsung called me and said that the change was approved. I waited for over a month and when there was no response, they re-communicated that the system change was approved and said that the service will get back to you. There was no flow of service exit. Again, I was able to coordinate the installation of Samsung and constantly coordinate between Samsung and the authorized service personnel in this way. Now they say that the change of my air conditioner has not been approved yet and they ask me who gave me this information. There is no coordination in America, no interest and they do not stand behind the roads. I will never buy Samsung white goods from now on.
