Samsung Washing Machine Had 3 Motherboard Changes, 20-Day Delay, and Endless Inconvenience
The motherboard was changed 3 times in my new washing machine. I paid almost as much money for the 3 motherboards as the total cost of the machine. Now the motherboard will be changed again, but it is out of stock and it will take 20 days to supply it. There is a 20-day grievance. How can a company of this standard victimize a customer for 20 days? Parts are constantly changing on my new machine and I am constantly experiencing inconvenience. I will never buy anything from SAMSUNG again and I never recommend it to anyone.
