Samsung Authorized Service Delays Dryer Setup for 20 Days

I recently purchased a Samsung dryer from the authorized service, and they are asking me to wait for a whopping 20 days for installation. They claim the installation kit is out of stock, as indicated in the service record I created on 30.12.2023. They assured me that the necessary apparatus for installing the Samsung washing machine would arrive on January 5, 2024, and they would proceed with the setup. However, when I called today, January 5, they informed me that the product would be in stock on the 15th and installation would happen whenever it arrives after that. Is it reasonable to wait a whole month for a simple installation? What kind of brand approach is this? I urgently demand the procurement of the part and immediate installation.
