Samsung TV Nightmare, Colors Gone Wild and Sound on Strike, Panel Broken

First of all, the TV's guarantee was used once. After that, for a while things seemed fine, but then the nightmare started. Even worse, the sound kept cutting out, which made the screen look even worse. ? I took videos and shots of everything, like any smart person would. I mean, who wouldn't want proof? I called the service, and when the tech came to look at it, I showed him the proof. I even reminded him that he had been here before for a similar problem. He said that the last time I needed a new panel, they fixed it instead and didn't change it. Now, the problem is happening again and again, with colors going crazy and sounds not working, and I'm back where I started. Here's the twist in the story. This time, when the technician saw my movies and pictures, he agreed to test the TV by taking it away for a few days. He said he would fix it if he ran into the same problem again during the tests. What, though? After a few days, he gave me back the TV. When I asked why, he said, "We'll just keep doing this until the warranty runs out." So, I'm watching my old TV in one room while the TV that was meant to be an upgrade is hanging out in the other room without a warranty. Samsung, thank you.
