Samsung TV Issues Left Unsolved, Free Screen Replacement Required

I've had nothing but trouble with my Samsung TV ever since I bought it. The original problem prompted a screen replacement, which appeared to alleviate the issue for the time being. My annoyance grew, though, when a new issue arose: the cable connection point had broken, and we hadn't done anything to cause it. contacted Samsung immediately, and a technician was sent unfortunately, the expert recommended a costly repair that we politely declined because the problem was not the result of carelessness on our part. Instead, we were told to contact Samsung's support team for help. Service personnel arrived today, the meeting was disappointing in many ways. The service's approach to documenting the issue is the most worrisome aspect of this whole event. A review of the service logs revealed that the fault had been caused by user mistake, even though the underlying cause remained unresolved. Frustratingly, this information has been recorded unilaterally, without affording us the courtesy of discussing or clarifying the subject. a firm of Samsung's reputation, would hire a representative who has trouble providing adequate explanations and answers to customer questions. The fact that they offered no solutions apart from forking over cash just added fuel to the fire.feeling skeptical of the quality I've come to expect from products bearing the company's name, don't knwo why any of this happened.
