Samsung Watch Shown As Gift On Invoice But Never Delivered

I was misled by the MAXX Samsung store located on Çiftlik Street in Samsun. I went to the store to purchase the Galaxy S25 model. During the sales process, they told me I would receive a 25W charger adapter as a gift, and we agreed on that. While completing the sale, the salesperson asked if I would like to purchase a Galaxy Watch for ₺2,000 as I was eligible for a discount. I declined. Then he asked, "Can I mark it as sold to you anyway? I need it to improve my sales numbers." Trusting him, I agreed. However, when I checked the invoice later, I saw this: The phone was listed at the agreed price. The charger adapter was listed as ₺0.01. The watch was shown as originally ₺4,600 but discounted 100% to ₺0 – making it look like it was gifted to me. But the reality is I never received the watch. It was falsely marked as gifted and presumably removed from their stock using my invoice – possibly to be resold elsewhere or hidden off the record. When I asked about the watch, I received no proper explanation or resolution. They only offered to cancel the invoice, which I agreed to. This is a clear abuse of trust, falsified sales activity, and potential fraud. I demand an investigation by Samsung Türkiye into this unethical behavior.
