I bought a Samsung TV and called for installation. The setup was completed, and the team left. Later, I discovered that the wall where the TV was mounted caused damage to the kitchen tiles on the other side. When I reported this to Samsung, they initially promised to help. However, they later informed me that they couldn't assist because I noticed the damage a week later. How can such an expensive product not have proper support? I am a tenant, and my landlord will demand repairs when I move out. Why should I pay for this out of my own pocket? Samsung again? Never.

They called and said that the responsibility lies with us, which is impossible. I suppose we have to get the wall approved by the service. The TV cable was already installed through the wall we had done. How is this standing behind a brand? The service came and even said, "Am I supposed to pay for the tile out of my own pocket?" I have many brands in my house, but I have never seen such a situation.
