Samsung S23 FE Network Issues – Poor Signal Despite Using Same Carrier

I recently bought a Samsung S23 FE, and I’m experiencing severe network issues. Before this, I was using another Samsung phone with the same carrier and in the same area, and I never had any problems. Now, my new phone barely gets any signal, even though I live in a central location. I purchased the phone brand new in a sealed box, and this issue is incredibly frustrating. I expected better performance, especially from a phone at this level. Samsung needs to address this problem immediately and provide a solution, whether it’s a fix or a replacement. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this experience!
