I purchased my Samsung S21 FE phone in January 2025. Today, the screen glass cracked after the phone slipped from my hand. Even though the device is very new, I am disappointed to experience such an issue in such a short time. The phone had no previous damage or any other issues—the crack occurred directly as a result of this fall. Since the device is still under warranty, I request that the screen glass be evaluated within the warranty coverage and replaced free of charge. I have the invoice, although it is not with me at the moment, but I can provide it upon request.
