Samsung S21 FE Locked Itself – Asking for Unknown PIN, No Support

My Samsung S21 FE suddenly locked itself while charging and is now asking for a PIN code that I never set. To make matters worse, the OK button is inactive, so I can’t even try to troubleshoot it. I contacted Samsung customer support, and instead of providing a real solution, they told me I need to bring the device to a service center along with the invoice, box, and charger. I don’t have access to these items at the moment, so now I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use at all. This is unacceptable—why did my phone randomly lock, and why isn’t there an easy way to fix this? Samsung, I need urgent support to unlock my device!
