Samsung QE50Q60T TVs Developed Screen Issues After Warranty and Need Costly Repair

I got two Samsung QE50Q60T 50" TVs back in 2021, and now both are showing horizontal lines on the screens, and it's getting worse as time goes on. In the end, the screens totally turned off, leaving the TVs useless. I contacted Samsung's customer service, and they informed me that since my warranty was up, I'd have to cover the repair costs myself. I’m really surprised—these TVs cost a lot, and they’ve only lasted a few years before both running into the same problem. It seems like there's a problem with the manufacturing, but Samsung isn't providing any help other than an expensive repair option. I thought Samsung products would be tougher and more dependable, so I'm really disappointed with how they're handling this issue.
