Samsung Microwave Service Issue, Unwarranted Hassle

In February 2023, I purchased a Samsung microwave. The bottom rotating part of the oven stopped working at the end of the third month. I spoke with customer service and product service. I told them to fix the problem at home, but I later discovered that microwave ovens are classified as portable household equipment under Samsung product policy. They said I should bring the owen to the service. 15 kg oven should be safely transported to the service! They informed me that if I pay "extra money," the service will take care of my home for a 2-year guarantee device. The service information desk and the solution center worker were both extremely rude to me. If service can come and fix it, why don't they? If they don't normally provide this service, why do they do it for money?
