Samsung M30s Freezing and Restarting After Update

I've had a Samsung M30s phone for a while, and after the last update, it began to freeze and restart on its own multiple times per day. It's become a frustrating experience to use my phone because I can't count on it to work properly. The phone occasionally turns off and on by itself, and other times it simply freezes for extended periods of time. I contacted Samsung customer service, but they were unhelpful. They advise me to purchase a new phone because mine is no longer under warranty. However, I do not believe it is fair to throw away a phone that was working perfectly fine before their update caused these problems. This has significantly eroded my trust in the Samsung brand, and I am not alone in this complaint, as I have seen numerous similar complaints online. I urge Samsung to accept responsibility for their updates and not leave customers with broken devices.
