Samsung Galaxy A32 Password Recovery Error

I am a Samsung Galaxy A32 user. I have been logging in with my fingerprint for a while. I have not used the pattern of my phone for a long time. Recently, when my phone ran out of battery and turned off, I had to use a pattern to turn it back on, but since I couldn't remember the pattern and made incorrect entries, it remained locked for hours. I realize that this is a necessary and important security in case the phone is stolen or lost. The problem is that the phone is my own and I can prove it, and that's why no solution has been found other than completely deleting the information on my phone. In my conversations with Samsung officials, 'Unlock, backup, receive calls and messages features have been discontinued for security reasons as of December 4, 2023.' They made a statement as follows. However, as the owner of the phone, why can't any other solution be offered other than deleting all my information because of the pattern I don't remember? I don't understand why they can't unlock a phone that can be unlocked online even with Find My Phone until December 4, 2023. I request that they enable me to unlock my postpaid phone, where my fingerprint is registered, by bypassing pattern security without deleting the information on it.
