My Samsung A32 Fingerprint Sensor Stopped Working After Ghost Screen Installation
I had a ghost screen (aftermarket screen) installed on my Samsung A32. After the replacement, my fingerprint sensor stopped working properly. I tried deleting and re-registering my fingerprints, but now it won’t recognize my fingerprint at all.
Using the phone without fingerprint authentication is extremely inconvenient for me, as I rely heavily on that feature for security and daily access. I don't want to replace the ghost screen either, since I’ve been using this type of screen for a long time and prefer it.
I am now stuck with a phone that feels incomplete. I need a solution that allows the fingerprint sensor to function again without having to replace the entire screen. Samsung should offer better guidance for users dealing with these compatibility issues. I expect urgent support and a clear solution for this problem.
