Samsung Fridge Door Replacement Rip-Off! Unavailable Part

I bought a Samsung refrigerator with four doors, model RF85K90127F, seven years ago. We requested service because of a malfunction. The technician informed us that the digital panel was faulty, and the entire door needed to be replaced. However, they stated that the door was no longer available and provided a replacement for a price. We were invited to choose between two models, but the ultimate cost would be established after procurement. We reluctantly consented to the replacement, but were then informed that it would cost ₺40,000 upfront. We are being asked for roughly half the price of the ₺93,000 goods due to the unavailability of the faulty part. We request a prompt resolution to this issue.
