Samsung Does Not Replace The Faulty S21 FE

I was really excited to buy the Samsung S21 FE. I was looking for a phone with a long battery life, and the advertisements promised that I could watch 16 hours of video on it. But when I started using it, I was really disappointed. Even with the lowest screen brightness and video resolution, I could only watch 9 hours of video. And as soon as I started using the phone, the battery would die. When I reached out to Samsung, they wouldn't even consider replacing the phone. I'm really upset because I feel like I was misled. I spent a lot of money on this phone and it's not living up to its promises. I want some compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment that I've experienced. I feel like my material and moral damages should be acknowledged and compensated for.
