Samsung Defective Tablet PC Warranty Problem



As a teacher, I tell and warn, and I will never mind my surroundings. Nobody should buy any Samsung device. They are never supportive when you encounter a problem. They never admit that there is a problem with the device. Since I bought it, they have been sending the product that is a few months old and has a charging problem. The problem persists. And they tell me there is no problem with the device. We'll see you in court. You have no right to hurt me like this. As a consumer, I did not get what I paid for. I will never buy even a single piece of garbage of this brand from now on. Customer satisfaction is zero.
