Samsung Customer Service & Television, No Way To Get Help

First of all, I would like to state that I did not think that I would receive such a bad service when buying a Samsung branded product. The Samsung TV I bought broke within two years. When I researched on the internet, it was stated that there was a chronic problem with the products. The thing that really upsets me is that I can't reach the complaint unit For 4 weeks. Customer service says I will be called. Every week a different person deals with my complaint. Today they said that the technical service could come to my home for repair and I waited at home all day but no one came. The fact that you can't solve my complaint for 4 weeks doesn't suit a world brand like samsung. My tracking Numbers is 4269302318 I hope samsung will fix this big mistake as soon as possible.
