Samsung Customer Service & Television, No Way To Get Help
First of all, I would like to state that I did not think that I would receive such a bad service when buying a Samsung branded product. The Samsung TV I bought broke within two years. When I researched on the internet, it was stated that there was a chronic problem with the products. The thing that really upsets me is that I can't reach the complaint unit For 4 weeks. Customer service says I will be called. Every week a different person deals with my complaint. Today they said that the technical service could come to my home for repair and I waited at home all day but no one came. The fact that you can't solve my complaint for 4 weeks doesn't suit a world brand like samsung. My tracking Numbers is 4269302318 I hope samsung will fix this big mistake as soon as possible. The reason for me to reach you is to share the my bad experience of customer service and complaint deparman.
