TimeBucks Survey Completed but Reward Not Credited

I completed a survey on TimeBucks today when I got home. The survey appeared on my account and I finished it in about 15 minutes as requested. The reward was supposed to be a little over $1, but after completing the survey no payment or credit was added to my TimeBucks balance. Since I spent my time completing this survey properly and within the required time, I find it unfair that the promised amount was not credited. I have not yet contacted support directly about this. I request that the completed survey be checked on my account and that the missing payment of a little over $1 be credited to my TimeBucks balance as soon as possible.
