Samsung A7 Lite Tablet Deception

As part of Turkcell's device campaign, I was allegedly given a Samsung A7 Lite tablet. But, believe me, the term "gift" is merely a figure of speech because they are charging me more than enough for this device in my bill! Anyway, the device started giving errors, freezing, and slowing down the day it arrived. When we contacted technical support, they claimed it had a hardware problem and that it needed to be returned for warranty repairs! As if dealing with sending a brand new, sealed device to warranty wasn't enough, they're now discussing repairing it rather than replacing it! Seriously, if I wanted a used device, I would have purchased it myself. What am I supposed to do with a two-day-old faulty device? It's as if they're making fun of me! If this problem is not resolved, I will file Consumer Rights complaints with both Turkcell and Samsung!
