Samsung A72 Had Battery Touchscreen and Speaker Issues - Warranty Did Not Help
The battery performance of my Samsung phone is very poor, the touchscreen sometimes becomes unresponsive, and the speaker broke in a short time. Despite being under warranty, they charged me a fee. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they did not offer any real solution. Instead, they kept redirecting me to different service centers, wasting my time. Even when I visited the service center in person, they were unhelpful and dismissive. My spouse also uses an A72 and experiences the same issues. Since its warranty just expired, I did not request service because their service quality is terrible. Samsung Ankara BDH Communication is a complete disaster.
