I bought a Samsung 50TU8500 model television, and it developed a problem after the initial 2-year warranty expired. I purchased this TV from Media Markt with an extended warranty. When I contacted the service center, they shocked me by labeling my television "totaled" and refusing to replace it. I received no response despite requesting a replacement. This experience has made me feel completely victimized. Despite the fact that the TV was not heavily used and broke down unexpectedly after its original warranty expired, it severely harmed my perception of Samsung as a company. They should stand behind their products, particularly when it comes to post-warranty issues. I implore them to reconsider their stance and provide the assistance I am due.
