Samsung 4K Smart TV Warranty Complaint

On October 24, 2020, I bought a Samsung 147 cm Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (model 58TU7000UX/TK) from Macrocom Samsung, a vendor at Aydın Forum AVM, for ₺4,932.20 + VAT. Based on the salesperson's recommendation, I paid ₺338.14 + VAT to Fixpack for a 3-year extended warranty. Including VAT, my total payment was ₺6,219.00.

On February 8, 2024, my television experienced screen and audio loss. After several disagreements and a week of communication between Macrocom Samsung, Fixpack, and the authorized service, the service center picked up my TV. My TV was returned as faulty on February 26, 2024, due to a panel malfunction that cost ₺15,600 to repair and was not covered by insurance. Fixpack Insurance offered to buy back the TV for ₺3,492.

In our conversation, I discovered that because the repair cost exceeded the device's initial purchase price, Fixpack offered to repurchase the TV for 60% of the original purchase price. I noticed I was being taken advantage of by Macrocom Samsung at Aydın Forum AVM. before a face-to-face meeting with the store manager, they claimed that they couldn't help pay the repair costs as they had before the sale, using terminology like "insurance" rather than the agreed-upon "3-year extended warranty."

Despite interacting directly with Macrocom Samsung throughout the purchasing process, they underlined that the problem was not Samsung's, but Macrocom Samsung's, and that they were unable to resolve the glitch. While Samsung is the first brand that comes to mind when it comes to TVs, I now understand that my situation is exclusively the responsibility of Macrocom Samsung, and I eagerly await your assistance in resolving this matter.
