My Samsung A24 Won’t Charge with Original Adapter but Works on Power Bank
I recently bought a Samsung A24 for my wife, and I’m really disappointed with the charging issue we've encountered. I personally use the Samsung A33, and I’m familiar with how these devices should work. Despite using the official Samsung charging cable and fast-charging adapter, the A24 won’t charge at all from the wall outlet.
I’ve already reset the phone’s settings, but it didn’t help. The strange part is that the phone does charge from a power bank, so the port is clearly working. I thought the adapter might be faulty, but it charges my A33 perfectly, which rules that out.
This issue is extremely frustrating—especially with a brand-new phone and all original accessories. I expect Samsung to provide a clear solution or a replacement if this is a hardware fault. Please respond and let me know how to proceed. A new phone shouldn't come with problems like this.
