We bought a Samsung TV and things got really bad when the Samsung service team showed up. Instead of trying to fix the TV, they tried to sell us accessories that we didn't really need. We decided to get a wall mount, and when we put it on the TV, it ended up hanging too high because the TV was so big (65 inches). We asked the service technician to lower it by drilling two more holes. He said he would come back tomorrow to change the height if we weren't happy. As we expected, we were not happy, so we called the service. However, we found out that they had sent a different technician who refused to help. He said he couldn't make it. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Samsung customer service, and they told me they would handle the problem. But they didn't do what they said they would, even though I called them many times. I'm really disappointed with Samsung because they don't seem interested and their service quality is really bad. I've decided that I'll never buy a Samsung product again, and to make things even worse, their customer service still hasn't fixed my issue.
