My Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Delivers Only 3 Hours of Screen Time on a Full Charge

On February 13, 2025, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from the MediaMarkt store in Elazığ.
With the exception of the first month of ownership, the battery performance of the device has been extremely poor. Even when fully charged to 100%, I can only achieve approximately three hours of screen-on time, which I consider unacceptable for a modern smartphone in this category. Based on my experience and similar reports from other users, I believe this may be a chronic defect affecting the device.
I contacted Samsung regarding this issue, but the company refused to acknowledge the problem. Despite the poor battery performance, I was informed that there was no defect with the device. As a result, I have now sent the phone to an authorized service center under warranty for inspection.
At this point, I am no longer satisfied with the product in any way. The device fails to provide the reasonable battery life and everyday usability that should be expected from a current-generation smartphone. A phone in this price and performance category should not require users to constantly worry about battery depletion after only a few hours of use.
Following the service inspection, I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee if the issue is not resolved appropriately.
Therefore, I request that Samsung provide either a replacement with a defect-free equivalent device or a full refund of the purchase price for what I believe to be a defective product. Given the ongoing battery issues and the company's unwillingness to recognize the problem so far, I no longer have confidence in this device.
I would also like to state that, because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this brand to friends, family members, or anyone considering a smartphone purchase.
