Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Battery Issues

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on 06.07.2025 and started experiencing serious battery issues within the first week of normal daily use. Even with regular use such as social media, messaging and light browsing, the battery drains much faster than I would expect from a new device, which makes it difficult to use the phone throughout the day. Because of this problem, I went to the Samsung service center in Istanbul Avcılar. However, each time they informed me that they could not detect any problem with the phone and returned it to me without any intervention. Despite this, the rapid battery drain during my normal daily use has continued in the same way. Since this issue started almost immediately after purchase and still affects my usage, I request that my device be replaced with a new one or that a refund be provided under warranty. I kindly ask you to review my situation and offer a clear and permanent solution.
