I Can’t Use My Samsung VR3MB77312K Robot Vacuum Due to App Incompatibility on Android 14

I purchased the Samsung VR3MB77312K/TR Lidar Sensor Smart Robot Vacuum, expecting it to work seamlessly with my other Samsung devices. However, I’m shocked to find that I cannot install the required POWERbot-S app on my Samsung phone running Android 14. When I try to download it via the Play Store, I get a message saying my operating system is not supported.

Both the vacuum and the phone are recent Samsung products, manufactured within the last couple of years—yet they’re incompatible with each other. As a result, I can’t use the vacuum at all, which defeats the purpose of buying a smart device. This is incredibly frustrating. I trusted Samsung to provide an ecosystem that works together, but now I’m left with a product I can’t even operate.
