Galaxy Buds 2 Earphones Fitting Issues

I bought the Galaxy Buds 2 headphones about 6 months ago, and they worked flawlessly. However, I hardly used it in the last month because I was mostly at home working on my computer. Then I needed to go outside, so I put on my headphones, but the right earbud wouldn't fit. I could feel it, and even after replacing the silicone insert, I couldn't get a good fit. I tried using the original silicone insert and ran a compatibility test, but it didn't work. The test indicates that the headphones are not inserted, and I notice this when using the noise-cancelling function. To address this strange issue, I reset the device settings several times and carefully inspected the sensors, but no problems were found. As a result, I'm not sure what's wrong with the headphones.
