Samsung Buds3 Earbuds Don’t Fit – Uncomfortable and Keep Falling Out

I purchased the Samsung Buds3, but they simply don’t fit my ears properly. They are too large and keep falling out, making them nearly impossible to use. This is something Samsung should have clearly specified in the product details—how was I supposed to know they wouldn’t fit without trying them first? Now, whenever I wear them, my ears start hurting from forcing them to stay in place. This is extremely frustrating for a premium product! I need to know if returns or exchanges are possible because I can’t use them comfortably. Samsung, provide better product information and offer a solution for customers facing this issue!
