My Samsung Z Fold 5 is Broken Again

Approximately two years ago, my wife and daughter gifted me a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 from an authorized Samsung dealer, along with a 2-year protection/repair package from "CepKask."
During normal use, the device developed a crack on the outer screen and hairline cracks on the inner screen. I sent the device to CepKask service. After the repair, it was returned to me, but shortly after, the device started malfunctioning again:
Hairline cracks reappeared on the inner screen.
A straight line formed across the screen.
Screen flickering on the left side.
Image loss and light bursts occurred.
Samsung incredibly claimed I removed the screen protector, despite me having no clear information about whether a protective film was applied after the first repair or if it was even supposed to be there.
Furthermore, a few days before these issues, I had installed an official software update. After the update:
Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
NFC
Phone call functions (basic features!) completely stopped working.
I thoroughly explained all these issues to the service representatives. However, they outrageously presented me with a ₺19,900 repair fee, stating, "all malfunctions are user-induced." While screen damage might arguably be user error, linking software-related connectivity issues to screen damage is neither technically logical nor convincing. When I demanded a technical explanation or proof, they simply said, "we cannot provide that."
The device is currently unusable:
The screen is faulty.
Basic connectivity and communication features are disabled.
The service process is entirely based on blaming the user.
Samsung, I demand that you rectify this injustice immediately! Otherwise, I will publicly announce that I will exercise my legal rights to the fullest extent. Fix my Galaxy Z Fold 5 or replace it now without charge, and provide a proper technical explanation for these recurring failures!

The company showed a quite flawed approach at the beginning, but later on they fulfilled their responsibilities and made amends.
