Galaxy Z Fold 6 Screen Film Peeling and Dust Issue After Warranty Repair

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 about two months ago, and recently, I experienced an issue with the screen protector peeling off. I sent the device to the Samsung authorized service center in Ankara, and while the screen film was replaced, the device was returned to me with a visible speck of dust trapped under the screen.
I immediately sent the device back to the service center, but this time, they requested a service fee for the repair. As someone who has been using Samsung’s foldable devices for years, I find it unacceptable that a nearly new, carefully used phone should experience such issues — and that I should be charged for a problem caused during service.
This lack of accountability and service quality is disappointing, especially from a premium brand like Samsung. I also couldn’t reach customer support for help, which only worsened my frustration.
With service reference number 4289235798, I request that this issue be resolved under warranty and that no repair fee be charged to me. I expect Samsung to ensure that the device is returned in flawless condition, without any manufacturing or service-related defects.
