My Samsung A34 Screen Froze After Android 15 Update

My A34 device has become completely unusable ever since the Android 15 update. The screen stops responding, and no buttons or the touchscreen work at all! While restarting it temporarily fixes the problem, the same infuriating issue reappears after a short while. It's truly accumulating into an unbearable problem.
How can a software update be so poorly tested? You're essentially mocking your customers by releasing such a flawed program. When I call customer service, they simply tell me to send it to service. But if I send it to service, I'm left without a phone. Samsung is a complete regret! This situation is completely unacceptable, and I've had enough.
Samsung, you need to fix this critical screen unresponsiveness on my A34 immediately! Release a corrective update to fix this severe bug. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be initiating legal action.
