I Lost Fingerprint Function After Applying Ghost Screen on My Samsung Galaxy S23 FE

Hello, I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and was genuinely satisfied with its performance—until I applied a ghost screen (privacy screen protector). Ever since I installed it, the fingerprint sensor stopped working completely. It doesn’t recognize my fingerprint at all, which makes unlocking the phone and accessing secure apps frustrating and inconvenient.

This issue started immediately after applying the screen, and it’s obvious that the ghost screen is interfering with the fingerprint scanner. However, I don’t want to remove the screen protector unless there’s absolutely no other way. I’m reaching out to ask: Is there any alternative solution Samsung can offer that doesn’t involve removing the ghost screen?

If screen protectors are going to cause such critical features to stop functioning, then Samsung should either redesign the fingerprint sensor to be more compatible or warn customers clearly before they apply certain screen types. I need a proper resolution or at least an official recommendation for screen protectors that work without disabling biometric features. Please provide support on this issue immediately.
