I Face Lag and Delay in Notification Panel on Samsung Galaxy S24 FE After Update
Since July 19, 2024, I’ve been experiencing a consistent issue with my Samsung Galaxy S24 FE (8/256 GB) — whenever I swipe down to open the notification panel, there’s a noticeable 1.5-second delay and stutter before it appears. This happens every single time, regardless of which app is open or whether any background process is running.
To resolve the problem, I’ve tried every recommended step:
Updated the device to the latest software version
Cleared memory and cache
Deleted recently installed apps
Adjusted background process limits
Reported the issue via the Samsung Members app
Despite all of these, the issue persists. I haven’t received any feedback from Samsung Support after reporting it through Samsung Members. I’m not certain where I purchased the phone or the exact warranty status, but the device is less than a year old.
I request that Samsung thoroughly investigate this recurring issue and provide a software update or repair solution to fix the lag in the notification panel.
