Samsonite Refused to Exchange My Suitcase Due to Minimal Scratches

We have been Samsonite customers for years. Since our childhood, all our family members have been buying our suitcases and bags from Samsonite. 2 weeks ago, I suggested Samsonite to my wife and with my insistence, she bought a suitcase from Samsonite Türkiye İstanbul/bakırköy Capacity Shopping Mall Samsonite dealer. 3 days later, my wife applied for the exchange of the suitcase with her receipt and invoice, to exchange it for a suitcase that was one size smaller. The sales representative refused to exchange our suitcase. My wife had ignored the minimal scratches on the suitcase when she received it, but when she delivered the suitcase, they did not change the suitcase, citing the minimal scratches on the suitcase. Since my wife was very angry and surprised and upset about this situation, she called me and said that Samsonite was not professional as I told her, and left the suitcase in the store without being able to return or exchange it, and since we were traveling that weekend, she bought a new suitcase from another brand.
