I purchased my Salomon X Ultra 4 GTX shoes about two years ago from an online store. For the past five months, the upper and side parts of the shoes have been coming apart and tearing. I still have the invoice for the product, and although I called the numbers listed on it many times, I could not reach anyone and received no response. I have not been able to get clear information about the warranty status; I was only sent the invoice online. I paid ₺4,769.47 for the shoes. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I request that the brand either replace or repair the shoes.
