Salomon Supercross Gore-Tex Shoes Failed and My Warranty Claim Was Rejected


I purchased a pair of Salomon Supercross (Gore-Tex) shoes just 5 months ago, and they began showing defects far sooner than expected. I submitted them for warranty review, only to wait nearly 2 months for a decision—just to be told my claim was rejected.
When I bought these shoes, I was assured by Salomon that they fully stand behind the quality of their products. Unfortunately, when it came time to honor that promise, they failed to provide any real support or solution.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Salomon, if you value your customers, you should make this right. I expect a proper explanation and resolution for my claim.
