Salomon X Raise 2 Mid GTX Boots Fell Apart

In 2023, I purchased a pair of Salomon X Raise 2 Mid GTX outdoor boots from Sport City. Despite being marketed as durable and waterproof, the side seams have come apart, and the boots have completely lost their water resistance.

Since the product was still under warranty, I returned it to Sport City, expecting them to process the warranty claim. However, after two weeks, they rejected my request, claiming the issue was not a manufacturing defect. How can a so-called outdoor boot, designed for rugged terrain, fail within two years under regular city conditions?

I have been left without proper footwear in the middle of winter, and the money I spent has gone to waste. Salomon and Sport City, stand behind your products! I demand a replacement or refund for this defective product. This is unacceptable!
